MVA continues to offer a photocopying service to the voluntary sector, but in greatly improved and more economical form. Having upgraded our equipment, we can now offer photocopying in both A4 and A3 sizes, each either single or double-sided. Prices are greatly reduced, thanks to the lower running costs associated with newer and more efficient equipment.
The new photocopier also doubles as a printer, and is connected to our network of PC's. If you need multiple copies of something you've done on your own PC, we can accept it either in paper form, or electronically via e-mail (the latter obviously dependent on the computer software used to create them, but we now have a fairly good range of the most popular Desk Top Publishing and Word Processing packages).
As with photocopying, printing is available in A4 or A3 sizes, either single or double-sided, and an extra benefit also becomes available when using the copier as a network printer - documents designed for A4 can also be produced to A3 size with no modification (the benefits of the enlarge/reduce facility of photocopiers), so no need for major redesign work in order to produce large-print copies for the visually impaired; and think of the benefits of those bigger posters!
On the subject of posters, there's no need to be content with black-and-white! Also hooked into our PC network we have a new full-colour, photo-quality, high-speed printer. This colour printer will do all of the things that the photocopier will do, with the single exception of photocopying! Black-and-white printing charges are the same as our photocopying charges, and along with colour printing charges, are shown in the table on the back of this leaflet.
Now that you've printed or copied your documents or posters, they can be laminated (i.e. coated front and back in clear plastic) to protect them, in either A4 or A3 size (other sizes may be available on request), or bound into book form using our comb-binder and combs.
