The MVA Development Officer will:

  • explore training options for key staff from social enterprises;
  • provide support to key staff from social enterprises;
  • provide training programmes that will develop the skills that are require to operate a social enterpise effectively.

  • advice on people management issues;
  • staff and management development options;
  • guidance on employment practices and employment law.

The Staff Development Advisor can discuss how best you can upskill your present staff.

They will:

  • explore and develop appropriate learning and traning options
  • explore funding sources, including SFMB upskilling grant;
  • co-ordinate and adminster with the appropriate training provider.
