The essential website is that of Evaluation Support Scotland - www.evaluationsupportscotland.org.uk. Their website includes a lot of downloadable resources and links to specialist toolkits. It also includes a searchable database of consultants.

In addition, MVA hold a number of publications on evaluation and monitoring in their Resource Room.
