Community Enterprise Limited (CEL) - http://www.communityenterprise.co.uk - CEL was formed in 1987 as Community Enterprise Lothian, based in Edinburgh but working throughout the Lothians. Since then CEL has expanded its area to cover the Forth Valleys and Fife and offer consultancy services, support, development and training for social and community enterprises throughout the region.
